- Could you describe a situation where a partner organisation was reporting results only at the output level, without reflecting on outcome-level changes? Explain the practical steps you took to support them and the results achieved.
- Share an example of how you helped colleagues or partners to understand and use data or results in a clear and practical way. What was the context, what actions did you take, and what was the outcome?
- Could you provide an example of how you contributed to the monitoring and evaluation sections of a donor proposal? What was your role, what steps did you take, and what impact did your contribution have?
